Born in Calgary, Renee stopped in the Yukon, British Columbia and Alberta before coming to Ontario. Living first in Toronto and eventually settling in Burlington, Renee built a new life for herself in a new province. She has worked for the same company for 34+ years and has spent the last 22 of those years as a business analyst in IT, building, supporting and testing web applications.

Renee has been working from home for many years and has learned to manage her time, prioritize tasks, adapt and adjust to meet client’s requests efficiently and effectively. Raised by small business owners who had to learn to build a business from the ground up, Renee understands how overwhelming and rewarding building a business can be. As the owner of RenayzRagz, she knits and sells re-usable items for individuals and their homes.

An avid reader, Renee loves to travel, visit wineries and volunteer in her community. Renee has been involved with the Burlington Sound of Music Festival, the Burlington Downtown Business Association and the Joseph Brant Hospital Foundation for many years.
